I'll work with you to help you reconnect with yourself, your intuition and the things that make your heart “sing”. By the end of our time together, my hope is that you will see that you have everything you need within you. My goal as a therapist is to ensure that you leave each session understanding yourself better and with tools to manage life’s stressors.
